Is it secure to order this kind of product from EasyMedBUY?
We are using extreme stealth techniques to make parcels undetectable. Customs cannot seize your order unless they have been informed beforehand. We guarantee that.

Do you send to drop addresses, PO boxes, etc.?
Yes.

Can I get a refund or reship if my order does not arrive?
First of all, please be patient and wait at least 3 weeks. If you have not received your order after 3 weeks, submit a support ticket to us. Our staff will review your case as soon as possible. If your order is lost or stuck somewhere, we will happily make a reship or full refund.
Please note that a full refund is available only on orders up to USD 400.00 (or the equivalent in the customer's local currency). Orders over this amount will receive a 50% refund.
* Reship and refund are only available for tracked deliveries. If you have selected a shipping method that does not have tracking, we cannot do anything. Please check Delivery to learn more about shipping methods.

Can I return the purchased items to you?
No, we do not accept returns, but if you have a complaint for any reason (underweight item, damaged shipment on the way, etc.), please send us a support ticket. We will do our best (reship in most cases) to solve your problem.

Can I resell/drop-ship your products?
Yes, we do not have any limitations. As long as a product is in our stock (if you can add it to the cart, that means it is in stock), you can order it to any address.

Are you storing customer information like addresses, orders, etc.?
